when i saw that, i gasped.
has taken the man in white. i () took the policemen. both of us could never guess what the other would shoot on that particular frame.
it's, in my opinion, our luckiest double exposure.

scan of print.

-the man in white was standing outside a church in new york city on new years day pointing at something down the street - guost

the saint and the soldiers by ~gonzoust The ultimate in-camera manipulation! She photographs in France; he photographs in the States. They send the same roll back and forth and each expose on it. I found this image and exposures so serendipitous in it's own ironic way. Hope to see more collaborations between my little french friend and her stateside friend. Bravissimi! The history of humanity's wars, summed up in one photograph (in my opinion!). A striking and powerful statement, but also an amazing work of art in its own right. What an incredible coincidence... or was it fate? :P Either way, great work! :+fav:

I have been on dA for about two and a half years. I've seen tens of thousands of photos here, many bad, even more worse, but some hit right where it matters.

This is probably my favourite photo on this entire site. I mean really... what are the odds for SO many coincidences?

I noticed someone commented about a print a long time ago... Would that offer still stand? I'll pay you of course - I just really, really want a print of that photo! I wanna wake up every day and look at it and remember the power of coincidence!

And I guess a :+fav: is implied :P

Woah!

This goes to show, most of the worlds most beautiful things happen on accident. :D

I'm truly in awe that is accidental.
